This image editing software is specially programmed to evaluate and measure meshes and sieves in the filtration and screen print industries. When combined with the USB camera system the software allows an immediate evaluation and production of a protocol.
The standard protocol provides the following measured values: the automatic measurement of the thread thickness and the mesh openings in the warp and weft directions, measurement of angularity and calculation of the open areas in percent, together with the simultaneous evaluation of defective openings which lie outside the range of tolerance.The number of mesh openings within and outside tolerance are shown separately.The defective openings are automatically marked in colour.At the same time the software calculates the defective area as a percent. The PDF protocol includes the printout of the test image together with all measured values. As an additional function Meshcheck includes in the standard protocol a single mesh evaluation. The measurements of the mesh openings in the X and Y directions are presented in an Excel table. As an extension Meshcheck offers protocols based on DIN ISO 3310-1, DIN ISO 9044 and ASTM. These are required in the evaluation of meshes or test sieves used in filtration.Switching between languages leads the program to produce the protocols in the language selected. Besides the combination with Cellcheck Mini-K and CIL we also combine the software with the motorised systems for automatic measurement processes (motorised XY-table, Z-axis and zoom system).
