This command allows you to add a new lens / measurement system provided that

fewer than 100 lenses have already been defined.

The user can assign any name he chooses, although no name can be used twice.

The lens / measurement system is given an entry in the list and a standard calibration.

Access to the measurement systems can be protected by assigning a password.

This command removes the current lens / measurement system from the list.

When the unit of measurement has been changed any existing values are

converted immediately

The name can be changed.

You can use the central section to add new units. You are free to choose any name.

For an accurate calculation the conversion factor in mm must be entered as precisely

as possible.

All existing lenses / measurement systems are shown in a list. Click on one of these

lenses / measurement systems to select it. A check mark appears in the menu

against the currently selected lens / measurement system and the lens / system also

appears in the status bar to the bottom left of the main window.

Selecting a lens results in the automatic conversion of all values to the calibration

associated with the lens. There is no need to repeat the measurements.
