When the program starts up, it automatically reads the settings from the file
Measure program.opt (the DoubleCheck version reads the file
Measure program 2.opt). This allows the DoubleCheck version to be
calibrated with its own lenses.
This command allows the settings to be loaded from any "opt“ file. The user
is shown a file selection window, which lists the settings stored so far.
