You fix the manual toggle in the required position. The optics are easily moveable in the holder for focussing.

Positioning systems make it easier to work with CCD cameras, such as our CV inspection module. Smooth guidance of the optics first makes it possible, for instance, in combination with the Metric Multipic to measure, test or position in a reproducible way. Here up to four live pictures can be imaged on a PC monitor with cross wires, or additional masks can be imaged. The guides, which operate on two or three-dimensional planes, can be supplied in virtually all required dimensions. The play-free slides can be easily moved and can be fixed in any position using a toggle. The Z adjustment (bottom picture) enables rapid fine focussing, particularly in the case of different heights of the test object. In addition, the guides can be fitted with measuring systems, which enable the positions of the cameras to be exactly reproduced. If required, all axles can be supplied with spindle drive. The systems can also be fitted with stepping motors and PC control.
