Scales for special measuring tasks The measuring scales shown above are available in diameters of 26 mm (1975) and 35 mm (1983) for use in the following measuring magnifiers. The 1975 scales fit magnifiers with references: 1975, 1976, 1998, 1999 and 2015. The 1983 scales fit magnifiers with references.: 1983, 2028, 2004 and 2049. Scales for series 2008 microscopes |

Holders and stands for series 2034 microscopes |
|
Without the sophisticated accessories the application possibilities of the microscope are limited. We have therefore developed an assortment of holders and screw fittings especially for the 2034 series, which to some extent first enable the full use of this microscope. 2034-P300-S: The positioning set consists of the rail with 300 millimetres length, slides and the holder 2034-H-AL as well as the union nut 2034-GWR. |

|
|
2034-POM: The flexible plastic holder encloses the barrel of the microscope and the stainless steel screw fastens the microscope. The holder can be fastened tightly with an M6 countersunk head screw. 2034-HA-POM: The aluminum arm improves the freedom of movement under the microscope. The approximately 300 millimeter long arm has an M6 internal screw thread and can hence also be adapted for use on an existing device. 2034-H-AL: The microscope can be attached to the holder from above and locked in place using the 2034-GWR ring nut. The holding plate with two M4 internal screw threads also fits onto the slides of the positioning rails 2034-P300-S. 2034-GWR: The ring nut can also be obtained separately and is not only suitable for the 2034 series. It is also used for fastening our 2054, 2054-EIM and 2054-CIL. 2034-LED-16: The LED ring illumination with 16 white light LEDs is simply attached to the objectives OJ-020 to 0J-030, and hence provides excellent lighting. It is supplied together with a 12-volt mains adapter. |

Stability and good illumination: The prerequisite for a precise measuring result. The P300 positioning rail and the LHM-A lamp holder complement the 2034 microscope to produce a compact measuring device.

| LHM-A: For stronger burdens we supply an exclusive variant made of aluminum instead of the standard plastic lamp holder. The light metal ring encloses the lower part of the microscope barrel. Two o-rings prevent the surface being scratched and ensure a secure hold. The robust articulated pivot with knurled screw enables an exact positioning of the light source. The bore of the lamp holder fits the diameter of the Mag-Lite Mini. Another knurled screw provides a secure hold of the lamp.
ADP-ML: We provide an adapter ring for the series lamp holder made of plastic, which enables a Mag-Lite with more powerful illumination. The robust holder also fits on all series 2054, 2054-EIM and 2054-CIL microscopes. 2034-ML: We supply the appropriate Mag-Lite with this order number. The stronger illumination of the Mag-Lite is particularly advantageous for controlling very dark paint areas in combination with the 2054-EIM microscope (illustration shows side view). |

Stable: The MKH stand enables the use of microscopes, particularly on rollers.
|
| MKH: The precision stand made of aluminum was specially developed for use on all types of rollers. But the MKH stand also provides a secure hold on flat material. The rollers are covered with silicone-free sleeve material, to prevent damage to sensitive paint surfaces. The MKH stand can also be supplied as a special construction with stand base rollers fitted with ball bearings. The microscopes are fastened on the base using the 2034-GWR ring nut. It is supplied with the microscope. Digital photo cameras can be used because the MKH stand is highly stable.
ADP-D: The adapter ring ADP-D (not shown in this illustration) combines the ocular of the microscope with the digital photo camera. The camera must have a thread diameter of 28 millimeters. Further information on using digital photo cameras. |

Coaxial kit: The retrofitting set for illuminating the measuring field through the objective consists of an aluminum base, the semi-transparent mirror and the battery container: M-Service takes care of the retrofitting.

| NRK: Thanks to the retrofitting, the illumination of the measuring field takes place through the objective. The advantage is that there is no shadow and the light hence penetrates into deep bores, which enables them to be inspected. Coaxial illumination through the objective is also necessary on chrome-plated, reflective backgrounds. If illuminated from the side, such tests do not reveal any structures. The retrofitting is carried out in the following way. You send us your microscope. In our workshop we drill an additional bore in the barrel to accommodate the coaxial illumination. We also include the battery container with switch when we retrofit your microscope. Two 1.5-volt mignon batteries provide power. If measurements are to be made on rollers, the MST stand is required. NRC: We provide a complete retrofitting set with a CCD camera for the measuring microscope. The system consists of the actual camera, the necessary power supply unit and cable set, together with a black internal barrel. The retrofitting set can also be ordered with coaxial illumination if requested. |
